Terms of Service
Last updated: October 7, 2026
These terms apply to services purchased from Ruvela Marketing ("Rouvela", "we", "us"), based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By booking a package you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide digital marketing and branding packages, delivered online, as described on this website. Deliverables are made available on a private delivery page and by email.
How deliverables are made (AI disclosure)
Deliverables are produced with AI tools based on the information you provide, and are reviewed by automated checks before delivery. There are no live calls or meetings. AI output can contain mistakes: please review everything before you publish or spend money on ads.
Prices and quotes
Package prices on this website are quote guides in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are not an offer to sell. We confirm the scope, final price and payment terms for your project in a written quote before any work begins. No payment is taken on this website.
International clients and taxes
We work with clients worldwide. Any applicable taxes are set out in your written quote. Your bank may charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. You are responsible for any import duties or local taxes that apply to you.
Timelines
Work starts after you accept your written quote and submit your project intake with the materials we need (for example logos, photos or links).
Your content
You confirm that you own, or have the rights to use, all content you provide, and that we may use it to deliver your services. You receive the right to use your final deliverables for your business.
Advertising spend
Money paid to advertising platforms (such as Meta, Google and TikTok) is separate from our fees and is your responsibility. You launch ads from your own ad accounts and must follow each platform's policies.
No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee specific results, numbers of followers, views or sales.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where that law allows.
